The Royal Collection Near You is a map interface to the Royal Collection online.  You can use it to discover a selection of objects in Royal Collection associated with your area. 

The associations we are mapping include:

• places where objects in the Collection were manufactured;
• places where gifts given to British monarchs originated;
• visual representations included in the collection, such as landscape paintings and photographs; and
• locations of works on display at Royal Collection Trust-managed sites, former royal residences and borrowing institutions.

You can view these associations all together using the 'All objects' tab or as filtered sets using the other tabs positioned under the map.

The Royal Collection Near You is an experimental tool, designed to reveal connections between visitors and the Royal Collection.  Please note that we are still mapping the many places associated with the Collection.  Currently we have mapped in excess of 30,000 associations with locations.  We are adding to this number weekly.
